Storage and consumption: Make sure that your sea moss gel stays cold. Take 2-3 tablespoons a day (for the first week, then scale back to 1 tablespoon a day. Use a clean spoon with each dip. Enzymes from your saliva and/or inconsistent temperatures will cause gel to mold.
